Prospectzy delivers curated, pre-researched business leads in downloadable PDF format designed for freelancers and independent professionals. Each lead assigned to your order is exclusive to your purchase: once allocated to an order, that lead is removed from our sellable inventory and will not be resold to another buyer, unless retracted in accordance with these terms.
Orders are fulfilled according to the scheduled delivery window associated with your selected plan (Starter: 24 hours, Trender: 20 hours, Legendary: 16 hours). Delivery timers run server-side based on the database server clock. Access to your report is released upon completion of the scheduled delivery window.
All purchases made on Prospectzy are strictly non-refundable. Due to the digital and exclusive nature of the lead data allocated immediately upon checkout, we do not offer refunds once an order is placed and confirmed. At checkout, customers are required to explicitly acknowledge and accept this policy.
While our AI-and-human process qualifies leads in advance to ensure contextual relevance, Prospectzy does not guarantee closed clients, reply rates, conversion rates, or specific revenue outcomes. Success depends on the individual freelancer's outreach skill, pitch quality, and service offering.
